SWEEPING

Keeping pavement swept does more than just improve its appearance.  As vehicle tires repeatedly pass over, loose debris is grounded into the pavement -- causing damage and creating more loose material.  Pavement markings such as line stripes, will be more visible and last longer with regular sweeping.  The environment also benefits from sweeping by reducing air and water pollution.

PRESSURE WASHING

Pressure washing is a quick and inexpensive way to improve the appearance of pavement.  If performed regularly, pressure washing will remove stains before they become permanent.  Pressure washing will also remove the buildup of mosses and other slippery materials on the pavement surface, reducing the chances of a slip-and -fall accident.  In addition to pressure washing pavement, we also provide pressure washing for all other exterior surfaces.

VEGETATION REMOVAL AND LANDSCAPING

The growth of vegetation in and on pavement can cause damage if not removed.  Plants growing through cracks can widen and extend openings in the pavement.  Vegetative growths on the surface allow water to pool and penetrate the base and sub-grade, causing damage.  We provide vegetation removal and full landscape maintenance services to ensure that our customers’ properties look their best.
